By accessing or using FlushIt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and FlushIt ("we," "us," or "our").
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
FlushIt is an anonymous bulk email and SMS messaging platform. The Service operates on a credit-based pricing model, allowing users to purchase credits via cryptocurrency and use those credits to send messages to specified recipients.
The Service provides campaign management tools, delivery tracking, delivery receipts, and credit balance management. Each email or SMS sent consumes one (1) credit. Credits for messages that fail to deliver or bounce are automatically refunded to the user's credit balance.
FlushIt does not guarantee specific delivery rates, inbox placement, or message open rates. Delivery is dependent on recipient infrastructure, carrier policies, and other factors outside our control. Our published delivery rate of 91.2% is a historical average and not a guarantee.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. FlushIt does not require, collect, or store any form of personal identification, government-issued ID, phone number, or Know Your Customer (KYC) information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. FlushIt is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
You may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse promotional offers, or evade enforcement actions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
Credits are purchased using cryptocurrency. We accept BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, USDT (ERC-20 & BEP-20), and USDC (ERC-20, BEP-20 & Solana). All payments are verified on-chain.
Non-Refundable: All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is confirmed on-chain and credits are issued, the underlying cryptocurrency transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.
Credits Never Expire: Purchased credits remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire. There are no monthly fees, subscription charges, or recurring billing associated with credit purchases.
Bounce Refunds: Credits consumed by messages that bounce, fail to deliver, or are otherwise undeliverable are automatically returned to your credit balance. This refund applies to the credit balance only and does not constitute a refund of cryptocurrency.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the content of all messages sent through the Service.

FlushIt provides detailed delivery receipts for every campaign. Each message is individually tracked with a status of delivered, bounced, or failed.
Credit Refunds for Failed Deliveries: Credits used for messages that bounce or fail to deliver are automatically refunded to your account balance. Refunds are processed immediately upon delivery status confirmation and are reflected in your delivery receipt.
No Cryptocurrency Refunds: We do not issue refunds in cryptocurrency under any circumstances. Credit balance refunds for failed deliveries are the sole form of compensation for undelivered messages. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FLUSHIT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF CREDITS REMAINING IN YOUR ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Upon termination for Acceptable Use Policy violations, all remaining credits in your account are forfeited. No refund, credit transfer, or compensation of any kind will be provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
You may voluntarily terminate your account at any time by contacting us through the support ticket system. Upon voluntary termination, any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify users via the email address associated with their account.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
